Medical Claims Examiner

Southern Benefit Administrators, Inc branch office in Norfolk, VA. We are a third-party administrator for Union benefits. The position is for a experienced medical claims examiner proficient in CPT and ICD codes. Available for work 7.5 hours of day from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST with one hour for lunch. This not a remote position. Health Insurance available on the first full payroll period following 75 days of employment with a payroll deduction twice a month. Payroll is every 2 weeks. 401(K) available after 6 month of employment with the company contribution of 3% no matter what you put in. Life Insurance available on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days. Vacation time available after six months. Sick time accrued accrued in 1/2 day increments after 3 months of employment on the first day of every month for the first year then six days after the first year. Direct deposit available after 90 days. 90 day probation.
