JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Receiving incoming calls
Transferring calls to proper departments
Scheduling appointments for sales and service team members
Making outbound calls to follow up with potential customers
Managing digital calendars for multiple employees with precision
Confirming appointments and project installation dates with customers
Preparing packages to mail to customers
Other general office duties
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Full-time employment (Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm, Friday: 8 am - 3 pm)
