InMotion Hosting is searching for a WordPress expert who has a strong background in strategic marketing to join our growing team. We are looking for a Marketing Product Owner to find creative avenues and create long term marketing strategies for our WordPress Hosting product lines. InMotion Hosting is currently expanding our products and our team so you will be able to see the direct impact your work has on the company's overall success.

What You'll Do:
Lead the marketing, tracking and sales conversion of our WordPress hosting product
Understand and evaluate current user experience (UX) and product purchase patterns and work-flows
Provide analysis and recommendations based on UX research to gain new clients
Identify and implement strategies for multi-channel placement and positioning including online and partnerships
Utilize conversion rate and funnel optimization tactics and strategies
Align product marketing tactics, programs and projects with defined business goals
Assist in the creation and ownership of the marketing plans, maintain appropriate marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of programs and projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyze and report and make recommendations on product and program performance and trends.

Ideal Candidates Have:
Technical knowledge of WordPress, web hosting, and web servers
High level of interest and experience in WordPress and the WordPress community
A degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years of experience in a product marketing role with direct marketing experience
Ability to independently create design with tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to wireframe ideas and concepts
Experience preparing, presenting and defending projections, estimates and product / program performance reports
Broad base of knowledge of the marketing discipline; including research and analysis
automation, direct response, customer lifecycle management, plan development, positioning and pricing.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Creative out-of-the box thinking
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role which requires you to take initiative and multitask on complex projects
The below is optional but can help make you a top candidate:
Product marketing experience at a hosting, E-commerce or SaaS company
Working knowledge of Agile project management and JIRA
Web design and/or development experience
An analytical view of product marketing
