Join our rapidly growing team at Homefix. We’re an exterior home remodeler that’s been in business for 35 years. You’ll schedule appointments for homeowners to receive free estimates for our products through canvassing or working at tradeshows, events, or in retail locations.
Compensation Structure:
Starting Base Pay: $17/hourly (paid weekly)
Additional Weekly Commissions of up to $100 Per Appointment
Additional Monthly Bonus of $550 for hitting goal of 11 appointments/monthly
Supplemental Monthly Bonus for surpassing 11 appointments/monthly
Average first year earnings $43,880 - $67,000+
Top 20% first year earnings $68,000 - $96,000
We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and personable. You’ll train with and work alongside a supportive management team. There is plenty of opportunity to grow with us and develop your skills. Most of our Executive Team started in the canvassing department just like you.
To succeed you must:
Be money motivated.
Participate in paid training. Learn our story, product details and how to speak with homeowners.
Be upbeat and able to converse with people naturally and persuasively.
Have a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Show up on time and in uniform.

To qualify you must have:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation to office (we’ll transport you to the territory when canvassing)
A charged smart phone for every shift
The ability to work weekends
The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
The ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
The ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
