Must have at least 2 years of divorce and family law experience.
Attorney with a busy family law practice is seeking an experienced divorce and family law paralegal. This is a a general practice so bankruptcy, traffic, criminal defense and personal injury experience is a plus.
Candidate must have experience working for a family law attorney and must be familiar with the local rules and procedures of the local courts and must be able to fully and independently prepare pleadings, motions, etc. Must be able to prepare cases concerning contested divorces, uncontested divorces, child support, custody and visitation cases.
