Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring peak efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction.
Develop systems for product handling, inventory management, equipment utilization, and operational goals.
Train and lead a warehouse team to address operational challenges and achieve performance targets.
Control and manage inventory, logistics, and quality assurance.
Enforce safety standards and legal regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Supervise quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and customer service.
Schedule warehouse team effectively to balance workload and minimize overtime.
Guarantee shipping accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and machinery.
Analyze performance, develop plans for productivity, and prevent loss.
Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Coordinate staffing to cover all operational needs.
Maintain documentation and bin location accuracy.
Negotiate freight rates and handle shipment claims.
Oversee forklift maintenance and security measures.
Ensure timely completion and submission of reports and maintenance checklists.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Warehouse Management Systems.
Excellent written and spoken English.
