JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for appropriately powder coating various products that go through the powder coat department. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn but have some prior experience. Prepare parts and products for coating o Safely operate and handle equipment to apply power coat onto various parts and products o Follow all principals and practice of powder coating application o Deciphering tags to ensure that accurate parts and colors are being used o Bake parts and products at appropriate temperatures within time limitations o Will be sanding down parts with an orbital sander to remove imperfections, rust, defects, etc. Will then use various spray guns to apply the powder coat pain. o Will need to do basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment as needed
