Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Remediation Technician. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, determining the extent of damage, cleaning up debris, sanitizing and deodorizing affected areas, removing and disposing of hazardous materials, and reinforcing structural stability. This role is located in Norfolk, VA with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and safety protocols for cleanup and restoration
Experience using remediation equipment and tools, including dehumidifiers and air movers
Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols at all times
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for on-call work, including evenings and weekends
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email software
Certifications in water, fire, or mold remediation are a plus
