We’re looking for a skilled and hard-working landscaper and enhancement crew member to add to our small team and business. In this position, you'll be to help us manage and care for our customers’ outdoor spaces. Your main job will be to take care of our customers’ yards. You might be asked to plant flowers, seed lawns, trim bushes, do pruning, mulching, for example. To accomplish all of this, you’ll need to be comfortable with using a wide variety of lawn care tools, products, and techniques.

Landscaper and Enhancement Crew Member Responsibilities:
Use seeds, manage the growth of grass, bushes, shrubs, trees, and flowers
Pick up and dispose of yard debris that needs to be removed
Clears ditches, digs holes, and performs handwork as necessary using a pick, shovel, or other hand tools
Operate backpack blower and gather leaves, hedge trimmings, and debris for removal
Drive work trucks to/from job sites and supplier locations
Load and unload lawn care tools into/from work trucks
Log billable hours accurately using a time tracking app
Add job details, review daily tasks, and communicate with customers using our lawn care business app
Answer any questions that the customer may have about how to maintain their outdoor spaces
Complete other lawn care-related tasks as needed based on the customer’s goals for their outdoor space
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of lawn care or groundskeeping experience
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Experience using lawn care equipment preferred (e.g., riding lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, weed eaters)
Able to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds
Able to sit, stand, kneel, and lift
Able to work in all weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Self-starter who can manage time effectively
Willing to learn and to follow instructions
Can work independently and as part of a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 a week
