HIRING Part-time Office/House Cleaner Contractor around $18-30/hour.
Pay is per cleaning gig and you will work alongside someone most of the time. Post-training pay will be allocated at minimum $18-20/hour. Move-outs and post construction cleanings will be closer to $30/hour.
No experience necessary, training is required at a minimum of 2 shifts at $16/hour.
Required: Strong work ethic, professionalism, provide legal documents to work in VA, pass a background check, possible drug testing.
Required to sign a non-compete form and 1099 documents.
Currently available:
1 shift, usually starting Fridays at 1pm, 2 offices. Pay is $80 flat rate and it should take us no more than 4 hours altogether.
There is a possibility for more hours.
If you live close enough, I can pick you up.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug test for hard drugs at any time!
This is a 1099 position. Company will provide everything for cleaning except gloves and safety glasses. No benefits.
