Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Landscape & Hardscape Helper to support our field crews with installation and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for someone who is physically strong, agile, and eager to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The primary responsibility is to move materials efficiently, keep the job site clean and organized, and assist installers so projects stay on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
– Load, unload, and move materials such as pavers, stone, plants, mulch, soil, and tools
– Assist installers by quickly transporting materials and supplies across job sites
– Rake, shovel, and prep work areas as directed
– Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout the day
– Follow directions from crew leads and remain alert to changing job needs
– Operate basic hand tools and occasionally assist with equipment setup or breakdown
– Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Requirements:
– Reliable transportation
– Ability to lift 60+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying conditions
– Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
– Growth mindset and willingness to be collaborative with the team to get things done
– Ability to move quickly and stay focused in a busy job site environment
–mComfortable working on your feet for extended periods and handling physical labor
Preferred (but not required):
– Previous landscaping or construction experience
– Familiarity with tools like wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, and brooms
