Looking for a part time handyman. Maybe someone who is retired and would like to do things once in a while. We have (8) properties that need maintenance from time to time, light plumbing like replace inside of toilets, washers in sink faucets, replace disposals, replace ceiling fans, clean out the gutters, replace boards on wooden fences, just your basic around the house little things that go wrong from time to time and need to be fixed. So we're looking for a jack of alot of trades. Anything major we hirer a professional to do. Office location is below, but properties are mostly in the Kempsville area.
