Branch Property Preservations in need for an EXPERIENCED Property Preservation Contractor in the complete Tidewater area (Norfolk, Suffolk, Va Beach, Portsmouth, etc)! Not just cleaning, and trash removal. You have to have the following experience:
KNOWLEDGE and usage of PPW and Pruvan to take proper photos and submit work
Ability to do lock changes
Grass cuts
Winterizations
Ability to properly bid on jobs as needed
Ability to do trash outs/debris removal
Own a trailer/truck for the trashouts/debris removal
Must be able to pass a background check
Should have your own insurance but we can discuss
Work on demanding timelines as instructed by the vendor
Fast response times
If you do not have knowledge of bidding, ppw, pruvan, cannot do winterizations, or own your own tools/equipment please do not respond to the ad. We are only looking for experienced contractors specifically in the property preservation field. The jobs usually come in AS a lock change, grass cut and bids for the trash removal and house repairs. We are registered with many National Companies and Banks. Work cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the vendor the pay can be between Net 5 to Net 30.
