NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS:
$250 AFTER 90 DAYS
$250 AFTER 6 MONTHS
Responsibilities
Thoroughly Clean and replenish Supplies in designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, clean and sanitize restrooms, clean windows inside and out and entry doors etc.)
Perform and document routine cleaning and maintenance activities
Outdoor trash pickup, leaf blowing, limb removal, snow shoveling and pressure washing
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make minor repairs, light painting as needed
Replace ceiling tiles and lights as needed
Stock and maintain inventory of supply rooms
Gas up company vehicles and drop off/pickup for repairs
Communicate and respond to cleaning requests from the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a facility custodian
Ability to handle heavy equipment, furniture and machinery as needed
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
Ability to drive a vehicle

Custodial Experience: 2 years (Required)
