Devoted Hands LLC., is a fast growing Personal Care Agency and we are looking for a Registered Nurse and LPN to join our outstanding team. We are looking for someone part time Monday-Friday 9am-2pm. If you are interested please e-mail your resume to the email address below.
Some of the job duties are:
- Initiate, implement, and supervise the patients plan of care
- Make visits to the home of the patient requiring nursing care, making a complete patient assessment during each visit and re-evaluate the nursing need of the patient.
- Consult with clients insurance company
- Provide supervisory visits
- Demonstrate accurate and thorough documentation skills
- In-services
This position do require you to have reliable transportation. Preferably someone with home health experience.This position do require you to travel over the Hampton Roads Area.
