CPR certified personal care attendant needed full time for support of special needs adult with fall and choke risk. Job requirements include but not limited to assisting with bathing, clothing, toileting, cleaning, preparation of food and feeding. Transportation is required for transporting to and from day support facility weekly as well as additional appointments as needed. Must be willing to work split shifts 2-3 days a week and 1/2 days on weekends. Background check is required
