Summary:
The QDDP/RM is responsible for leading, directing and monitoring person centered treatment services while actively promoting the agency’s philosophy in all aspects of service delivery. They will oversee all case management aspects of assigned individuals’ care while developing risk management strategies and implementing compliance protocols. The QDDP/RM will apply risk management practices to support informed decision-making strategies that drive organizational growth. The QDDP/RM, will exemplify and function under the programs’ established mission and licensing standards regulated by the State of Virginia (DBHDS).
Duties:
Provide supervision and oversight over the program’s day-to-day operations while remaining in compliance with State rules and regulations
Ensure compliance with staff training and credentialing requirements
Provide appropriate, quality and timely case documentation aligned with Medicaid, license certification, professional and ethical standards.
Plan and lead program meetings
Complete all assessments and work directly with individuals to develop their ISP
Direct the implementation of ISPs by providing guidance and training to employees for assigned individuals
Review and sign MHR, while updating the addendum as needed
Conduct assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
Complete serious incident reports, including reporting suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect of individuals in the program
Develop and implement incident response plans
Maintain confidentiality of all information to comply with HIPPA regulations
Develop time sensitive documents such as service plans and quarterly reviews for clients’ progress within the program
Manage varying behaviors, attitudes and abilities of the program population
Support individuals’ social, safety and medical support needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified applicants must have the following:
Either be a Registered Nurse or have a Bachelors degree in human services (sociology, psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation, counseling, etc.)
Have at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Completed Risk Management attestation through the DBHDS

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
