Need a CNA w/ med. tech certification

I am looking for a caregiver who is a CNA and would like Med. Tech. certification but that's negotiable. The person would be working with my brother (68) who suffered a stroke in September. His physical stroke symptoms are mostly resolved, but he has some cognitive issues and some Sundowners and needs supervision. He is a brittle diabetic who is in Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital for now. They take care of room cleaning, meds, and meals, but we like him to have lots of supervision which they don't provide. We have three shifts: 6:30-11, 11-4, 4-8. Right now we need someone mostly for the morning and some afternoon shifts, though there may be an occasional evening shift. Please have experience and be able to work the schedule you agree to and we set in advance (we will ask if you need days off, etc. when making the schedule). References preferred.
