The "Baby Boomers", population is expected to increase to 4 million by the year,2050. The clients will require In-home Health assistance of another person due to limited family support, changes in their physical/mental health,
statue, chronic health illness, changes in their quality of life resulting to a Residential placement.
Our HHA's are respectful, experienced, responsible
individuals with exceptional ethical behaviors skills required to serve the dependent or independent direct hands-on personal care needs.
Our goal as a non-medical home care services provider in the community: to provide professional individualized care related to the chronic health condition, to keep the client in their home environment, to support the family as we attend to the client's daily activity stressors related to the aging process: bathing, grooming, therapeutic meal preparation, medication reminding, assistance to medical appointments, healthy home management, shopping errands, and companionship.
Original Virginia Health Care training certification as Nurse Aide or Personal Care Aide.
Non-restrictive criminal history.
Experienced Entry-level applicants with 6 months of continuous with current resumes and references.
Current PSR COVID-19 screening.
Current less 3 month TB test.
Current American Heart or American Red Cross CPR/First Aid card only
Reliable insured transportation with drives license, DMV report, and Car insurance coverage
Cell phone for the Electronic Visitation Verification system and communicate with the Medical Staff.
Interview meeting per office Staff confirmations of date and time will be held by phone or Zoom call.
