Looking for Home Health caregiver to work approximately 30-35 hours per week. This is for an elderly couple (98/91 year old) with primary focus on bedbound mother. She also has COPD and diabetes. She is fully incontinent, unable to feed or bathe herself, and is nonverbal. This is a skilled position and will require someone with experience. Father has undiagnosed dementia/possibly onset of alzheimers, but attention to him is very minimal and requires bed changes, meal preparation and laundry, no personal care involved. Shift times and days vary so looking for someone flexible with hours. ( some 12-hour shifts and some 6 hours shifts) and days. Every other weekend per month is required. We are looking for someone with an upbeat attitude, good communication skills and familiar with dealing with the elderly with patience and understanding,a good team player, someone that enjoys working in a non hostile environment.
Applicant will need to pass a criminal background check. The pay is $13.61 per hour and is bi-weekly. There is a bi-weekly bonus of $200 provided all scheduled shifts are worked.
