We're seeking to fill a Front Office position with someone who is personable, hard working, organized and energetic. Being reliable, excellent phone skills and good etiquette are a must. The person must not be addicted to their cell phone and spend all day focused on it while at work, especially when learning the different systems of the practice and getting up to speed on things. Periodically checking a personal cell phone for non work related reasons is acceptable as long as it doesn't interfere with giving patients a high quality of customer care before/after and especially during their dental visits when they are physically in the office. The position is flexible with full time considered working 4 out of 5 days or all 5 days if the individual wants to maximize their hours. We would be open to a person wanting part time employment with a reduced number of hours or days for the right candidate. As an example, in the past we had an employee that worked only on Fridays by their choice before they had to move out of state for family reasons and that worked well for the practice.
Experience with dental front office responsibilities is ideal and familiarity with basic computer skills and dental software would be helpful to hit the ground running.
Benefits such as practice subsidized health insurance, PTO, Simple IRA with a 3% match and paid holidays are part of the compensation package in addition to hourly pay which is negotiable depending on skill set. $21 per hour would be minimum starting wage for someone with minimal training for the position and $28+ for someone with experience. Please send resume if interested in the position.
