We're searching to fill a Front Office position with someone who is personable, hard working, organized and energetic. Being reliable, excellent phone skills and good etiquette are a must. The position is full time with normal "banking hours" Monday through Thursday. We would be open to a reduced number of hours or days for the right candidate that prefers to work on a part time basis.
Experience with dental front office responsibilities is ideal and familiarity with basic computer skills and dental software would be helpful to hit the ground running.
Some benefits such as practice subsidized health insurance, PTO, Simple IRA with a 3% match and paid holidays are part of the compensation package in addition to hourly pay which is negotiable depending on skill set. Anticipate that $21 per hour would be minimum starting wage for someone with minimal training for the position and $26+ for someone with experience.
