Experienced cook needed for locally owned, family style restaurant. Restaurant is very busy with a reputation for good food and great service. Must have breakfast and lunch cooking experience with an ability to put out quality food at a fast pace. Candidate must possess basic cooking skills as well as knowledge of health department regulations for maintaining proper food holding and storage. Additional skills such as dessert preparation and is a plus. Candidate must demonstrate cooking knowledge from past experience but must be willing to learn and adapt to restaurant methods. Full time position available but will work with part time availability.
