Software Success Coordinator

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Software Success Coordinator in the non-profit industry, based in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Software Success Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, assisting in the selection of optimal tools, and maintaining strong relationships with internal users. Responsibilities: Evaluate and research new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency Guide internal teams in selecting the most suitable tool that meets their requirements Facilitate onboarding of new services by understanding user objectives and providing necessary guidance Maintain regular communication with internal users, address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction Offer internal support for the product, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently Monitor product usage and engagement levels, and gather feedback to improve user experience Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks and notify users, providing necessary guidance and support Handle incident tickets, escalate critical issues, and ensure their quick resolution Act as a bridge between users and support teams such as IT and Interactive Media Develop and provide educational resources such as tutorials and knowledge base articles to maximize product value Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to create efficient workflows and assist departments in the implementation and maintenance of AI tools Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit sector Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required Demonstrated experience with Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential Experience with IBM systems is necessary Knowledge of Linux Technologies is a must Proven ability to perform AB Testing Proficiency in Active Directory is required Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary Must be familiar with Backup Technologies Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is essential Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
