Secret ABAP Developer

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Secret Senior ABAP Developer in support of one of our large federal clients in Norfolk, VA. This individual will join a team dedicated to providing technical support to the US Navy by contributing to the technical enhancements of systems for managing finances and materials. The selected individual will work within an Agile team to develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document solutions for SAP applications.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implement SAP ABAP software applications and interfaces Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP RICEFW objects within SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, Portal, Solution Manager and future HANA based SAP Application systems (e.g.: S/4HANA, C/4HANA, BW/4HANA) Deliver support for optimization, enhancement, and O&M of ABAP applications that carry out financial and material management tasks on customer SAP systems Participate in analyzing customer's business operations to validate requirements, suggest process improvements, and help estimate level of effort (LOE) required for implementing solutions Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents and perform unit, integration, and release testing to ensure functionality Assist with end-user Acceptance Testing processes and take part in Production Operations and Release Management support Modernize User Interfaces through the design and execution of applications in alignment with the SAP Fiori Application Architecture, encompassing SAP application templates, Smart Controls, Dynamic UI Content, Smart Templates, Fragments, and Themes Provide support of production operations and release management activities, which involves ensuring smooth transitions during software releases and provide ongoing support to ensure stability and reliability of the SAP systemsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
