CACI is looking for a Project Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a record of accomplishment in successful project execution and application development.What You’ll Get to Do:

Create and update Project and Program documentation as needed.

Act as a liaison with government leads to expedite requests and maximize deliverable quality and turnaround.

Ability to oversee and manage budget between $5-10M annually

Will supervise and manage a team of 15-20 engineers, developers, system administrators, trainers, and installers performing system upgrades at both in-theater and garrison locations 24x7x365

Will lead the embedded network support team in the USAFCENT Network Operations Service Center (NOSC) overseeing C4ISR operations for TMIP-Joint (TMIP-J) systems and medical networks

Will serve as the Team Lead for Medical Expeditionary Systems (MEDXS) IA DIACAP accreditation and transition to the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Provide project oversight and management of contract personnel supporting the U.S. Air Force (USAF) MEDXS as the MEDXS portal’s Product Owner

Identify potential issues as or before they arise and work with leadership to resolve or mitigate.

Meet and communicate regularly with project stakeholders with project updates, status, and initiatives.

Approve timecards, draft LCVs, and overall employee management and guidance

Hold regular meetings and team building activities to optimize team morale and performance.

Work to maintain and increase current work force levels.

Track deliverables

Support and direct team

Monitor quality assurance and customer satisfaction level

Monitor and report on project progress to the customer and leadership

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Assign tasks, evaluate team’s performance, and provide guidance throughout the software development process.

Serve as a liaison between the development team and the other stakeholders in the project.

Conduct and lead Agile activities to include, but not limited to Daily Stand-Up, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, Release Review and Retrospectives, etc.

Retain, Recruit, and evaluate team members.

Assist company leadership with monitoring the progress of the project

Assist leadership with monitoring and managing the project’s budget

Ensure that key project milestones are reached

Actively participate in planning activities, artifact creation, testing, and demonstrations.

Analyze project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

Assist with other program efforts as needed

Stay up-to-date on recommended best practices in the current operational environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Familiarity and experience with Project Management and best practices.

Certified Scrum Master with experience leading Agile Ceremonies.

Experience working with Air Forces Central Command

10+ years of technical experience managing DoD Programs.

10+ years’ experience working with NIWC Atlantic

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Active DoD Secret clearance

Experience with theater medical systems programs, applications, and networks.

Experience with MEDXS portal’s design, development, and requirements gathering.

Experience implementing and supporting CND for NIWC-A programs and applications, including the readiness of material, ground, and air assets, as well as the hardware and infrastructure components used to support the theater medical mission.

Experience overseeing the projection of hardware and software requirements for EMEDS units

Experience ordering and arranging for transport of equipment through the USAFCENT A6 network operations center.

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Active Secret Clearance

Current PMP Certification – or ability to obtain
