Responsibilities:
Perform precise stakeout surveys on construction sites for alignment, grading, and other construction requirements.
Set up and operate surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS systems, and levels.
Provide layout for construction crews based on plans and specifications.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of survey data and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure proper execution of survey plans.
Assist in maintaining survey equipment and ensuring it is calibrated and in working order.
Conduct post-survey analysis and create reports or maps as required.
Comply with safety protocols on construction sites.
Carry 50lbs over difficult/uneven terrain & swing a 5lb maul.
Qualifications (beneficial but not required):
Proficiency in using surveying instruments, including GPS, total stations, and digital levels.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to office by 6:30AM Monday-Friday.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
High School Math including Geometry.
