Your Role:
As a Guest Service Sales Associate, you will be the face of EWC, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Educating guests about our waxing services and products
Managing appointments and guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals
What We're Looking For:
A positive and outgoing attitude with a commitment to delighting our guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
