Part-Time Assistant Property Manager
Self-storage facility in Virginia Beach is currently hiring a part-time assistant manager.
Employee must be willing to work 4 days a week, to possibly include every Saturday, Sunday and two weekdays. Hours average around 27 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Renting, reserving, and vacating storage units
Performing opening and closing procedures
Answering phones and returning messages
Performing collection calls
Receiving payments
Selling and stocking merchandise
Cleaning maintenance of property
Light lifting required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior storage experience preferred, but not required
Able to work alone
Able to work in extreme conditions including rain, heat, and cold
Strong customer service skills
Accurate administration skills
General computer knowledge including MS Office
Able to learn operating software
Must have reliable transportation to run bank deposits and/or errands
Must be reliable and punctual. Excessive absences and tardiness will not be tolerated
Starting pay is $15.00/hr.
