Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development, through Marketing and Sales
2. Consistent and Positive Branch Growth through New Clients and Man Hours
3. Development of Monthly Reports to communicate Branch activities to Corporate Team on strategies and efforts to accomplish business growth goals, according to company business plans
4. Responsible for scheduling to include work assignments, employee training, recruiting activities, round table planning sessions, orientation schedules
5. Temporary staff relations, payroll issues, termination issues, HR issues
6. Responsible for recruiting efforts, maintaining sufficient employee inventory
7. Maintain Employee files in accordance with Policies and Procedures
8. Branch Liaison for Clients, Staff and Corporate Team
9. Communication of daily branch activities to Corporate Team
10. Maintain Client files with appropriate documents, track MSA/Contract renewal
11. Maintain physical plant, inventory control of office supplies, maintain a clean facility acceptable staff, clients and visitors
12. Time & Attendance record maintenance, payroll entry and check distribution
13. Participate in bi-monthly staff conference calls, reporting on Branch activities and man hours
Additional Responsibilities:
· Internal Office Marketing through client relations, and employee relations
· Resolve any client service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction
· Assist Accounting Department in collection of client invoices
· Participating/Assisting in community and networking activities and community events for ongoing company exposure in the target area
· Other duties as indicated
