The Automotive shop manager must be willing to do what it takes to be the best in the industry.
Motivate and manage technicians to maximum productivity.
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems required.
The Automotive shop manager must be sales driven and understand KPI and CSI scores.
We are a customer driven company and your focus is to provide the best customer service experience to attract and retain a long-term relationship with customers.

Base Pay $45,000 to $75,000 per year, with up to $20,000 or more in bonus potential paid on store performance.
