Area Manager needed for the Hampton Roads Area. Work with Operations Manager daily and nightly to manage over 60 employees. Assign areas of responsibility to day and night staff at buildings for cleaning. Daily and nightly visits to observe and work with staff to insure compliance with company policy and procedures are in place for cleaning. Recruit and train additional staff when needed. Manage labor budgets/supplies for each building. Help with job load when needed during the day and night if a staff member is out. Perform inspections weekly, report back to Operations Manager with findings and resolve any issues.
