Job Title: ElectricianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled electrician who demonstrates strong leadership over a team of commercial service electricians and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will maintain clear and professional communication while interacting with customers and co-workers, perform intake calls with clients to identify and understand their electrical needs, and travel to customer sites to develop estimates and materials lists. You will also create detailed work orders/estimates for service calls, coordinate material purchases, assist in fleet and equipment management, and work with Project Managers to coordinate resources. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of service calls and respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.Responsibilities

Lead a team of commercial service electricians and administrative staff.

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and co-workers.

Perform intake calls with clients to identify and understand their electrical needs.

Travel to customer sites to develop estimates and materials lists.

Create detailed work orders/estimates for service calls.

Coordinate material purchases, assist in fleet and equipment management.

Work with Project Managers to coordinate resources.

Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of service calls.

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Essential Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Email.

Ability to adapt and learn new skills and software with ease.

Experience with Accubid Estimating software.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Acceptable driving record for company insurance.

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Clean background with access to federal installations.

Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.

Proficiency in wiring, running conduit, pulling wire, conduit bending, and reading blueprints.

Experience with installation, cable tray, rigid conduit, and construction.

Ability to run all types of conduit including EMT, Rigid, PVC, MC, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualified electrician with a background in commercial and service type electrical work.

Journeyman/Master Electricians card preferred but not required.

6+ years of relevant management experience.

Experience estimating small commercial jobs of $50k and below.

Ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Proficiency in the electrical code and local requirements.

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
