Reconcile discrepancies, and prepare correction documents as needed, by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts
Manually or electronically post financial information
Use a variety of sources to prepare statements and reports
Carry out other related duties and work on special projects as assigned
Classify documents with the proper expenditure codes and accounting codes
File vendor invoices and disbursements and match & file A/P invoices to support accounts payable
Handle general accounting tasks: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects
Assist Accounts Receivable with processing daily invoices/credit, applying cash receipts, and collecting past due balances Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required
Ability to multitask effectively
Cash Activity experience
Cash Handling experience
Casino Gaming experience
Banking Industry experience
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
