Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an offshore remote Lead Pega Developer to support a large Healthcare client headquartered in Richmond, VA. Please see responsibilities below: Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structure, data model and data classes based on the signed off system requirement. Design and Implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Correspondence, Case Management and Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, UI design, Dashboards and Reports Utilize advanced PEGA features like Agents, Listeners and PEGA Robotics to build efficient solutions. Defect fixes and debugging using clipboard tool for the application PEGA code in different testing phases, and deployment planning. Ensures guardrail compliance. Perform Code Reviews. Incorporates UI design system best practices including Pega Cosmos. Help provide estimates for new builds or features as required. Provide support for production incidents and release management. Train and mentor junior members in the team as necessary.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
