Grounds Technician

As a Grounds Technician, you’ll help bring outdoor spaces to life by maintaining beautiful, clean, and functional landscapes across the property. From mowing lawns to planting flowers and supporting seasonal displays, your work creates a welcoming environment guests and team members can enjoy every day.Plant and tree care: Planting, maintaining, and trimming trees, flowers, shrubs, and bushesLandscape bed Maintenance:  Edging, mulching, spraying, pulling weeds, hand watering, irrigation, and some minor lightingLawn care: Mowing, edging, seeding, fertilizing, and watering lawnsEquipment maintenance: Operating and maintaining equipment such as chainsaws, blowers, and lawnmowers, and performing minor repairsGrounds keeping: Raking and mulching leaves, laying sod, and caring for ornamental features like benches, fountains, and plantersSnow and storm removal: Clearing snow and debris from walkways and parking lots, yards, and cleaning up after storms all over propertyOther tasks: Protecting against erosion, ensuring grounds are safe and ready for events, and transporting tools and suppliesLifting 20lbs continually, 50lbs occasionallyWorking in all weather conditionsReliable transportation in all weatherDecorating for events/holidaysInterior Plant care when neededGreenhouse and garden work as neededOther duties of the resort as needed and assigned
