We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team in Mc Lean, VA, USA.The Senior Technical Writer will work with the project team and client to understand and document the requirements documents, training materials, produce product (functionality and user interaction) documentation, relase notes, admin guides and other documents that are required for the successful delivery of new Case Management Solution that is built on Entellitrak platform.- Prepare training materials- Assist in preparation of requirements document, solution design document and other technical documents which are owned by the BA, developers and other team memebrs- Own and deliver user guides, release notes, product documentation and other documents- Ensure that the documentation is updated based on changes to the core applicationQualifications:- Must have at least 4 years of experience in performing Technial Writing in US Federal engagements- Must have expertise in using MS Office products- Strong communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills- US Citizenship with ability to get clearances as required- Experience in Case Management Tools, especially Entellitrak is a plus- Active Security Clearance with DoJ or other US Federal agencies is preferredINDPUBLICAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
