The Strategic Programs Director works directly with the executive team to lead growth activities andoversees the daily operations of a portfolio of programs/projects. As a Strategic Programs Director, you will be responsible for:
Researching, planning, developing, and implementing programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization and the needs of the clients.
Lead strategic growth activities against a well-defined opportunity pipeline focused on Army IT Systems, including capture and proposal.
Mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Managing the budget, resources, and operations of the programs, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Evaluating the performance and impact of the programs, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Communicating effectively with senior management, clients, partners, and stakeholders, and providing accurate and timely reports and presentations.

Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoDSecret Security Clearance.
A bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field.
Experience as a program director or a similar managerial position in the IT or cybersecurity field.
Thorough understanding of project/program management principles and best practices.
Experience in business development and proposal response activities.
Experience inthe development, implementation, and execution of strategic growth plans (capturing/building new business, managing customers,planning, organizing, staffing, reporting, coordination, and identifying/mitigating risk).
Experience supporting all phases of programs/projects fromcapturethroughoperations.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting tools.
Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project, etc.).
Preferred:
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Direct operational understanding/experience leading andproviding oversight of US ArmyNetwork Enterprise Operations, infrastructures, or programs.
Direct experience working in support of an Army Network Enterprise Center, ARCYBER/Regional Cyber Center, Army NETCOM, or Army CIO/G-6.
Possessa strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skillswith the ability to lead and develop teams.
An analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
