You’ll drive integrated thinking regarding portfolio management and how we prioritize work to drive desired outcomes. You will also build relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Enterprise and within Finance to identify and influence new project intent with potential strategic impacts to Finance. In addition, you’ll engage with Finance senior leadership by providing critical communications and reporting to maintain visibility to the portfolio of Finance initiatives and to help identify and influence where leadership decisions and prioritization are needed. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with great communication skills that has a proven track record in managing the strategic and tactical execution of business processes.General Responsibilities:

Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Partner with stakeholders across the Enterprise to identify large and small scale projects that have potential impacts to Finance

Lead weekly cross-functional discussions to drive transparency and clarity regarding new scope with potential impacts to Finance

Manage and execute activities necessary to assess impacts across stakeholder groups and communicate feedback to intent requestors

Leverage analytical skills and judgment to identify and escalate resource capacity risks and opportunities for mitigation and prioritization

Provide regular reporting of new intent and resource demand to Finance leadership and a wide range of leaders across the company

Maintain and manage process documentation and process controls

Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

At least 5 Years Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters / MBA degree

At least 7 years of Project Management experience

PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving and influencing skills

Work experience achieving results
