Description We are seeking a Paralegal with a focus on IP Litigation to join our team in McLean, Virginia. The role involves providing comprehensive support for all phases of litigation, assisting with document filing, and coordinating document preparation for various legal proceedings. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to conduct factual research using designated resources.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for all phases of litigation, including depositions and trials Assist with document filing with the ITC and federal courts Coordinate document preparation and deadline tracking for various legal proceedings, ensuring timely compliance Assist with prooing documents and assembling exhibits Oversee case materials, including electronic files and database management Facilitate client document organization from production to discovery, and manage opposing party documents Conduct factual research using designated resources to optimize efficiency Maintain docketing updates and information flow for legal counsel Handle administrative tasks such as mailings, file management, and vendor coordination Ensure accurate time tracking for billing purposes Support attorneys and clients in regulatory compliance matters. Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Previous experience in a paralegal role or similar legal support role is required. Proficiency in IP Litigation is a must. Strong knowledge of legal research tools and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Familiarity with legal terminology and principles. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. Knowledge of legal document formatting and presentation. Must adhere to professional ethical codes and standards.
