Basic Qualifications:As per manager they are looking for Java and AWS Manager is looking for 5+ years of relevant experienceIt is very small team (couple of developers) and hence they cannot hand hold anybody

Experience:Experience with Kafka (or similar other events driven tech) is nice to have
