Link Solutions is seeking an ISO Internal Auditor (Part-Time) to join our team in supporting our continued excellence in serving our government clients in McLean, Virginia.Must be a US CitizenMust have internal auditor training with a valid certificate of completion for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000-1:2022 (copies will be requested).Must be on-site (Mclean, VA) weekly on WednesdaysThe ISO Internal Auditor will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of audit processes and procedures, monitoring customized audit programs, and planning and performing audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies, processes, and ISO standards. We are seeking to hire a part-time ISO Internal Auditor who can commit to working ten (10) hours weekly, Monday through Friday, for no more than twenty (20) hours per month. The individual in this position must be a motivated professional who can work independently and quickly learn our contracts and requirements.In-Office Requirement (Wednesdays): This position requires on-site presence every Wednesday at our office location in McLean, VA. While attendance on Wednesdays is mandatory and non-negotiable, there is flexibility in scheduling as long as the hours fall within our standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Telework is permitted for the remainder of the workweek.Responsibilities:Prepare and execute scheduled audits, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up, in accordance with Link Solutions Inc. processes and policies.Document all information related to audit results, including findings, opportunities for improvement, and observations.Prepare Audit and Executive Summary reports.Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics, using sound judgment and discretion.Assist with implementing audit tools to improve audit efficiency.Assist with creating, revising, and documenting internal audit policies and procedures.Participate in annual external audits.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the internal audit function.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Shift/Hours/Salary: Part-time $55 an hour (non-negotiable)Up to 10 hours weekly No more than 20 hours a month
