The Manager will be responsible for leading independently and overseeing direct report(s) running highly complex campaigns including schedule building, communication, progress updates and fulfillment. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying improvements and establishing new processes within the Campaign Management lane. The Manager will be expected to support leadership in the overall operation of the Campaign Management team including reporting/metrics, forecasting, capacity planning and enabling associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds.Specific responsibilities include:
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of campaign execution, including automation of planning and scheduling tools.
Documenting end-to-end processes and socializing with internal stakeholders.
Gathering data and metrics to inform team reporting via Monthly Business Reviews.
Collaborate with intent owners to forecast needs and achieve desired outcome and appropriate solutions to their Campaign Management needs.
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch of intent in a well managed environment.
Leverage agile practices, where appropriate to increase delivery throughput, reduce risk and drive overall stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Identify and implement process improvements in coordination with component team leads to drive issue resolution/risk mitigation activities
Coordinate with component team leads to assess Level of Effort assessments necessary to prioritize and schedule intent
Maintain necessary process documentation of the Campaign Management process steps not maintained directly by component teams
Provide training and education of the Campaign Management process to new intent owners and partners
Coordinate alignment between multiple up and down stream stakeholder groups including any BC&P teams who require Campaign Management builds
Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed
Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, responsible for all aspects of talent management, growth and development.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Experience with Workfront or other project management software
5+ years of Marketing Operations or Agency experience
5+ years of Process and Project Management experience
BPM, Lean, PMP Certifications
