Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Manassas, Virginia. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a vital contributor in managing administrative operations and providing support to executives. Your main duties will encompass various tasks, from processing documents to liaising with board members, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities: Oversee the administrative functions of the executive office. Act as a liaison between board members, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Prepare and distribute newsletters to keep all members of the organization informed. Utilize Office Suite, WordPress, and SharePoint to manage and organize documents and workflows. Proo and edit documents to ensure accuracy and clarity in communication. Coordinate meetings for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Actively participate in driving results, growth, and fostering the organization's culture and mission. Utilize Calendar Management to organize and manage tasks efficiently. Use PowerPoint to create effective presentations for executive meetings. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar Previous experience in the Healthcare/NHS sector is a plus Skilled in Calendar Management, ensuring all executive schedules are accurately managed and updated High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Advanced abilities in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating detail oriented and compelling presentations Experience in coordinating and preparing for Executive Meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
