Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities:
This Commercial Superintendent position will require the candidate to have experience in retail/restaurant construction and will involve daily on-site supervision of all construction activities, maintains construction schedules on time with quality workmanship, field documentation, meetings, identifies and solves problems, job safety, maintains an organized job site and has a positive attitude
Requirements:
Superintendent Experience: 5 years (Required)
Commercial Construction: 10 years (Required)
Retail/Restaurant Construction Experience
Carpentry Experience
Framing knowledge is a plus
Pass a background check
Valid Drivers license
Pay will be based on experience/knowledge and is open for discussion.
