Grounds helper needed part time

Hi! I have a storage facility in and need help keeping up the grounds. We need various tasks done such: Cleaning office and storage units and getting them ready to rent, weed eating, pulling weeds and spraying them, picking up trash around the grounds, helping with maintenance, really just someone who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty! Im 41 and the owner but live in Ohio so I can do the work but unfortunately Im not here to be able to. I am here for the next month and would love to find someone to help me out!
