Your overarching role will be assisting the PMO lead procurement specialist with purchasing activities.This is a part-time position that would require at least 20 hours a week.More About the RoleThis role requires attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers, and a natural ability to work quickly during peak procurement demands. You will be responsible for collecting order requests, researching vendors, negotiating prices, obtaining appropriate concurrences, submitting purchase orders, reconciling purchase records and invoices, confirming receipt of deliverables, and logging transactions.You’ll Bring These Qualifications

3-7 years’ supply chain experience.

Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Secret Security clearance.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

Logistics experience.

Military experience.

Field Service experience.

Familiar with electro-optical components, sensors, and lasers.
