Support custom software in support of agency’s needs.
Assist and support users at remote sites with questions relating to both commercial and custom applications developed by the client as they pertain to their specific requirements.
Monitor custom applications and services for performance and service issues when assigned.
Review legal/agency documents submitted by divisional offices
Configure requests for Intercept in custom software applications after the approved review.
Troubleshoot the configured intercepts after notification from the field.
Requirements:
U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass agency background investigation
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or similar discipline. Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for education.
A minimum of four (4 ) years of design and management of progressively more complex telecommunication and local and wide area networks (LANs/WANs) using similar software and hardware as described above.

An understanding of an IT environment
Ability to utilize custom software in support of the customer
