General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a world leader in Defense IT Systems Integration and Services, is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join its Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team.We provide modernization for the integrated sustainment of the AF DCGS which also includes lab support for operational, production and test environments. This position is located at Langley AFB, VA.As the Information Security Analyst, you assess and mitigate system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle:
Validates system security requirements definition and analysis.
Establishes system security designs. Verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities.
Support secure systems operations and maintenance.
Participate in infrastructure design reviews, identifying security and privacy risks, providing infrastructure risk mitigation guidance, and participating in Security and Privacy certification and accreditation.
Basic Qualifications:
BS/MS degree ; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
10 years of experience with security systems administration
