Assist with the design, development, building and qualifying of mission essential equipment.
Execute tests using test equipment such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Function Generators and Power Supplies
Collect and analyze test data/results, document results, outcomes and write reports. Provide analysis of results to Engineering and R&D team members.
Support the design packaging line layouts, Equipment P&ID's, and packaging Component Data.
Analyze equipment failures and provide solutions and recommendations on areas of improvement.
Execute technical judgement and decision making.
Aid in procurement of equipment and supplies for labs and engineering hardware.
Maintain detailed and up to date test data in laboratory note book and active test logs.
Coordinate Test with outside laboratories.
Assist with design and documentation in support of test events.
Required
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline. Equivalent experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
Experience must include developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems in research and development, inspection, maintenance, and assisting engineers in inspecting products, conducting tests, and collecting data.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Desired
Five plus (5+) years of professional experience, including specialized in DOD or related programs.
Demonstrated proficiency in test and evaluation of DoD equipment.
